CANIAS announce its entry by signing first project in Middle East

Glowise Software Technologies FZ LLC, signed its first project for CANIAS ERP, thus paving the way forward to cement its place in the Middle East ERP market. CANIAS, a predominant player in Europe, launched its Middle East operations in October 2007 and bagged its first project by the end of December 2007. The customer, Gulf Paper Manufacturing FZC, located in Jebel Ali industrial zone is one of the leading manufacturer of jumbo paper rolls used for carton making and supplies the same to packaging companies in Middle East & Asia. CANIAS shall be put in charge for managing the sales, purchase, inventory, order processing and financial affairs of Gulf Paper with manufacturing and payroll to be integrated in the second phase.

The implementation is set to commence soon and the system is expected to be operational towards July 2008, thereon on a parallel run until the end of 2008, before starting live productive usage starting from Jan 2009.
